Your main tasks will be to

As part of the Software department, the System team is in charge of developing software in the broadest sense, including from end-user applications to low level software (drivers, firmware) but also to contribute to HW/SW co-design and pre-silicon verification of next GML brain-inspired AI SoC designs.

Currently under silicon design stage, to re-enforce our team, we are looking for a software engineer with hardware emulation skills.

Responsabilities

In close collaboration with HW department and System team Lead you will be in charge of:

  • Define and set up testing environment in hardware emulation and FPGA.
  • Test plan definition with IP/SoC teams for HW/SW co-verification.
  • Develop and maintain automated framework around this environment in C/C++, Python, Gitlab.

Requirements

  • Experience with pre-silicon verification environments (simulation, hardware, emulation, FPGA)
  • Experience with Palladium or Zebu (> 5 years)
  • Ability to debug design issues from waveforms.
  • Understanding of emulation build, run and debug flows.
  • Hands-on RTOS and/or bare-metal implementations.
  • Habits of Linux environment
  • Excellent problem analysis skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude and attention to details.
  • Good English interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in an international context.
