  We are looking for a Customer Solutions Architect to join our team in San Jose. As FAE at GrAI Matter Labs, you will play a key role, working closely with our customers to help them make the most out of our products. You will provide premium technical support for our GraiFlow Software Development Kit, teach and assist programmers in exploiting the capabilities of our neuromorphic processor to enable highly efficient implementations of end-to-end AI applications on edge devices, such as security cameras, drones, cars, home automation systems, etc. The applications range from heart-rate monitoring to video analytics and autonomous driving.

  You will work closely with our sales staff, architects and SDK developers, bringing in the customer feedback and requirements that will help us define and build a better product. You will ensure that we drive successful customer engagements by providing excellent support to our customers.


  • M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer;
  • Experience in programming DSP architectures;
  • Experience with software development tools for embedded/DSP systems;
  • Experience with Python programming;
  • Experience with Machine learning and scikit-learn;
  • Experience with deep learning and frameworks like tensorFlow;
  • Proven track record in quickly learning new technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing);
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to travel.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and/or neuromorphic computing;
  • Experience with common requirements management practices.
